Project types and duration
We distinguish between two types of projects.
Projects with performance-based compensation
For large companies, we usually work with a large variable portion of our compensation of up to 50%. This variable component depends on the achievement of agreed targets and hence on the customer satisfaction. With a high performance-based portion of our compensation, we emphasize our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Projects with compensation in company shares
For small and medium-sized companies with growth potential, we are ready to get up to 75% of our compensation in the form of company shares. This type of collaboration results in a very strong client relationship of great benefit to the client.
Project duration
Since we are interested in the long-term success of our clients, our projects are also of long-term nature. Projects with performance-based compensation usually have a duration of 3 months to 2 years. Projects with compensation in company shares typically have a duration of 2-3 years.
