All our employees receive one additional week of paid vacation time if this week is spent on a social program organized by the company. In addition, travel expenses to participate such a program are covered. These programs are organized by our company directly together with a local institution or organization needing our help, in any country of the world. Such a program may include: building infrastructure for a village, helping to develop a school, or assisting local small businesses. We typically target regions with high poverty or suffering from a natural catastrophe. Providing development support directly by our people locally ensures that such help directly arrives at the point where help is needed and our people can immediately and personally experience the positive impact of their help.
