In some cases, and after conducting a proper due diligence, we provide our expertise and workforce for equity instead for cash, financed by a related fund.
Since we strongly believe in our capability to build long-term value, we also like to participate long-term on the generation of such value. The best way to participate is to receive part of our compensation in shares instead of cash.
The share portion can be up to 75% of total compensation. In order to enter into such an agreement a due diligence must be executed to determine the valuation of the company, and ensure that there are some long-term exit possibilities. This model can be applied to both startups and established companies.
